"Bliss in Pursuit of Grace" With Vince Turner
Yoga & Mat Pilates Instructor & Thai Massage Practitioner
About Vince T.
I discovered yoga 15 years ago in the midst of a very busy and stressful mortgage banking career in Atlanta Georgia. I was amazed at how the practice of yoga alleviated the stresses of corporate life and made my body, mind emotions feel more balanced. Soon I was taking 3-5 classes a week. Two of my yoga instructors suggested I enroll in a yoga teacher training program I laughed and replied "I'm not going to teach yoga" -- well, little did I know ! 1 year later I had completed the teacher training programs, I was teaching yoga and I loved it. Curiosity and enthusiasm for the many forms of yoga has lead me across land and ocean in pursuit of learning and sharing the joy of yoga with students. Now I like to say that with yoga we can explore to Infinity and Beyond!

Stretching & Playing with Vince
I tailor my classes to the students who are present using a variety of styles including restorative, calm yoga, a slow flow vinyasa, as well as a more vigorous faster pace flow. What I hope to share is a sense of wonder, play, curiosity, and fun ... we might even find ourselves all smiling and laughing. I want my classes to help you connect into joy and gratitude and leave you with a sense of balance and nourishment.
When I'm not practicing yoga - or as I prefer to say - "playing in yoga", or giving a massage, you can find me hanging out with the world's most amazing daughter, Claire . You could also find me swinging on the Rings in Santa Monica, or surfing a wave. You might find me flying through the air with the greatest of ease on the Trapeze. I love windsurfing in Berkeley and doing contact improvisation with new and old friends. From time to time I do actually just sit with a sense of wonder and realize how breath connects us all.
I love sharing my passions with anyone ready to receive. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
Yay Namaste! and Deep, Deep Peace :)
